Electromagnetic fields (EMFs) created by wiring in our homes, microwave ovens, and high-tension lines have been linked to childhood leukemia and adult brain tumors. These studies have shown that a constant, low-level exposure to electromagnetic fields can have serious adverse health impacts.
In some areas, lower income houses are built next to, and sometimes even underneath, high-tension lines. In other areas, these high voltage lines go right through middle and upper class subdivisions. This is especially problematic when young children are being raised just hundreds of feet away.
It is also suspected that these fields can have synergistic effects with environmental exposures. If you have questions about illness within your family and your potential exposure to electromagnetic fields, please contact us.
